Shipping Policy

Where we ship: We currently ship to addresses within Canada only.

Processing time: Orders are packed and shipped from Calgary, Alberta within 1 to 2 business days of being placed. Orders placed on weekends or statutory holidays are processed the next business day.

Shipping options and rates:

- Standard shipping: free on orders of $75 or more; $12 on smaller orders. Estimated delivery is 3 to 7 business days after shipping.

- Express shipping: $30. Estimated delivery is 2 to 4 business days after shipping.

Delivery times are estimates from the carrier and are not guaranteed. Remote and northern addresses may take longer.

Tracking: When your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

Address accuracy: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address entered by the customer. If you notice a mistake, email us right away and we will try to update it before the order ships.

Lost or damaged packages: If your tracking shows no movement for 7 business days, or your package arrives damaged, email hello@northbreathe.ca with your order number and we will work with the carrier to resolve it.
